Höskuldur is a versatile corporate attorney with substantial experience in various types of business transactions. Throughout his career Höskuldur has, to a large extent, focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, representing investment funds, banks and private investors on both the sell-side as well as the buy-side.

Höskuldur is a specialist in corporate finance and has worked for most of the Icelandic banks, as well as a number of foreign banks, in relation to financing, both concerning facility agreements and bond issuances. He has further assisted various companies in raising capital. Höskuldur advises companies on all corporate law matters and generally assists companies in relation to contract negotiations.
Höskuldur has furthermore been involved with some of the largest corporate restructurings over the last two decades. He was for instance an advisor to the winding-up committees of one of the fallen Icelandic banks following the banking crisis in 2008.
