Dr Andri Fannar Bergþórsson is an attorney and professor specialising in capital markets, financial markets law and corporate law. He has advised banks, financial institutions and major corporates on regulatory frameworks, implementation and resolution of complex matters, in addition to carrying out extensive academic work. Andri obtained a PhD in securities market law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen and has worked both within public administration and as a specialist adviser in the financial markets.
The interplay between academic expertise and practical experience enables him to resolve complex issues in an efficient and rigorous manner.
